About SlotsRanker
SlotsRanker is an independent free-to-play games site for adults. You can play casino-style slots, crash games and table games in demo mode with virtual coins, and every game page sets out the facts that matter before you press play: the return to player (RTP), volatility, maximum win, layout and features.
We started SlotsRanker because most game listings bury those facts under promotional language, or leave them out. Our rule is simple: if a studio publishes a figure, we show it and link to where it came from. If it does not, we show a dash. We never estimate a missing number.
Who writes SlotsRanker
Liam Bennett, our senior slots editor, covers slot mechanics, RTP, volatility and studio design. His job is to turn a paytable and a rules sheet into plain English without turning long-run figures into promises.
Ryan Mitchell, our games editor, covers new releases, crash and instant games, and table games. He writes about how a game actually plays: the controls, the pace of a round and how its bonus features fit together.
Every review, studio profile, guide and news story carries the name of the editor responsible for it, the date it was last updated and the sources it relies on.
How we research a game
Each review starts with the studio’s own material: the official game page, the in-game rules and paytable, and any published maths such as RTP settings and maximum win. We check those figures against at least one other reputable published source, and where versions of a game differ we say so and tell you where to check in the game itself.
We then play the demo to describe what the rules look like in practice: how features trigger, how multipliers build and how clearly the game shows what is happening. A short demo session cannot prove an RTP, so we never present one as evidence of how often a game pays. RTP and volatility describe a game’s design over a very large number of rounds, not what will happen in your next session.
Each review is written specifically for that game. We do not reuse a template of stock paragraphs, and headings are chosen for what matters in that title.
How rankings and the SR Score work
The SR Score is a 100-point score with four parts: RTP (25 points), win potential (20), feature depth (15) and the editor’s assessment (40). The first three come from published data. A game only receives an overall score once all four parts are in place.
Until then, our monthly lists are ordered by how often each game is played in free demo mode across the sites that use the same demo catalogue as SlotsRanker. A game joins a list only after its specs have been checked. The full method is on how we rank games.
Why there is no real money here
SlotsRanker is for free entertainment and comparison only. There is no cashier, no way to buy coins and no way to exchange them. Virtual coins are a play balance that lives in your profile; you earn them through the daily bonus and levelling up, and they have no value outside the site.
We do not accept payment for reviews or ranking positions, and no studio can buy a higher score.
Corrections
If you spot a figure that does not match the game you are playing, tell us the game, the detail and where you saw the correct value through the contact page. We check the studio’s information, correct every page that uses that figure and note the update date on the review.
SlotsRanker is for people aged 18 and over. Free play is not gambling, but habits can still form, so our responsible play page lists practical session tips and independent support services.
