SlotsRanker opens this month, and the leaderboard opens with it. The first season is the September 2026 season. This article covers the rules, not results, since the season has only just started.

Season dates run on UTC

Each season lasts one calendar month. The September 2026 season opens at 00:00 UTC on 1 September and closes at 00:00 UTC on 1 October 2026, when the October season begins and every board starts again from zero.

Using UTC means the reset happens at the same moment for everyone. In the UK that is 1am on 1 October, because British Summer Time is still in effect. When a season closes, its final standings stay available on the leaderboard page under past seasons.

A free profile is needed to earn points

Guests can play every game. To earn points or claim the daily bonus, you need a free profile: a player name, an email address, a password and confirmation that you are 18 or over.

How points are earned

Games run inside each studio's embedded demo, so SlotsRanker can't see individual spins, rounds or results. Points therefore come only from actions the site can check for itself:

  • Opening a game: 5 points. Each different game you open while signed in earns 5 points, once per game per UTC day.
  • Claiming the daily bonus: 10 points. Once per UTC day.
  • Rating a game: 3 points. The first time you rate a particular game in a season.

Each award is recorded once, so nothing is counted twice. Because nothing depends on what happens inside a game, a bigger virtual-coin bet or a lucky round makes no difference, and a long session in one game earns the same 5 points as a short one.

Here's a made-up example to show the arithmetic. It doesn't describe a real player. Over a season, someone opens three different games on each of 12 days (12 × 3 × 5 = 180 points), claims the daily bonus on 15 days (15 × 10 = 150 points) and rates 6 games for the first time (6 × 3 = 18 points). Their overall total is 180 + 150 + 18 = 348 points.

Four boards, top 100 shown

Each season has four separate boards:

  1. Overall counts every point: playing, the daily bonus and ratings.
  2. Slots counts play and rating points for slot titles such as Sugar Rush 1000.
  3. Crash counts play and rating points for crash and instant games such as Aviator.
  4. Table counts play and rating points for card and table games such as Premium Blackjack.

Daily bonus points go to the overall board only. In the made-up example above, if two of the three games opened each day were slots and four of the six rated games were slots, that player would have 12 × 2 × 5 + 4 × 3 = 132 points on the Slots board.

Each board shows the top 100 players, with rank, player name, level, points, games played, active days and badges. Games played counts each game once per day. There are no movement arrows.

Crash and table games work differently from slots. Our crash games guide explains how a collect target sets the multiplier in games like Aviator.

Levels follow your points

Your experience points (XP) equal the leaderboard points you have earned. Your level is the square root of XP ÷ 100, rounded down, plus one, so level 2 arrives at 100 XP, level 3 at 400 and level 4 at 900. Each level-up adds 1,000 virtual coins to your balance. In the made-up example, 348 points would put that player on level 2.

Prizes are virtual

Season rewards are virtual coins and badges only, and they have no real-world value. Nothing on the leaderboard can be exchanged or taken off the site.

The same applies to the rest of the coin system. New accounts start with 10,000 virtual coins. The daily bonus starts at 2,500 coins, rises by 500 for each consecutive daily claim and caps at 7,500. Claims reset at 00:00 UTC. Missing a day returns the bonus to its base amount.

Badges are awarded automatically

Badges show on your profile and the leaderboard. Four are awarded automatically:

BadgeHow it is earned
First spinThe first day you open a game while signed in
ExplorerPlaying 10 different games
Seven-day streakClaiming the daily bonus seven days in a row
Ten ratingsRating 10 games

Keeping it a game

A monthly board can make it tempting to return every day to protect a position. A missed day costs nothing of value. If a session stops feeling like fun, our playing responsibly guide and the responsible play page list support services and practical limits. A place on a free-play leaderboard doesn't predict results anywhere else, as demo play vs real play explains.
